My philosophy is that balance truly is everything.

 

In diet and exercise there are far too many extremes, often centered on negativity, that promote and perpetuate unhealthy habits to "help" us reach our goals. These extremes are unsustainable and might help us reach our physical goals for a short period of time, but are draining us mentally and emotionally.

 

Every body is unique, requiring special attention to reach different goals, however the focus lies in the mental and emotional aspects of fueling those bodies.

With balance we can achieve a positive, sustainable, and healthy way to reach our goals.
